West Dorset Conker Championship 2008
The rain held off for the inaugral West Dorset Conker Championship at The Ropemakers. Out of twelve contestants, barman Mickie Bull beat all opponents to become the 2008 champion. He recieved a cup full of conkers to help him celebrate. We wish to thank everyone who came and hope you all had a good day.
It was decided that health and safety should be observed, so we utilised the helmets that usually hang from the ceiling in the bar.
